Increasing demand trajectory.

In 2010, the world-wide daily demand of crude oil was 86.4 million barrels. In less than ten years, the demand increased to 100.1 million barrels a day. However, in 2020, the number decreased to 91.3 million barrels per day due to the economic and mobility impact of Covid-19. Still, if we compare the figures of crude oil demand between 2010 and 2020, the increasing demand trajectory of it becomes very clear.

150 million barrels per day by 2040.
